Root Kitchen is Two Years Old

On the 11th of January the Root Kitchen has officially been open for business for two years, and we can say it has gone by in a blur of ups and downs and has taken us on a journey that has far exceeded our expectations. This year gave us more than we bargained for, with increases in the price of ingredients, supply chain and energy costs thanks to numerous external factors that were both hard to forecast on totally out of our control.

Our Experience on the ProVeg Incubator

We launched Root Kitchen in Veganuary 2021 and in that time we have been really lucky to have taken part in two of the world's leading food tech business incubators and accelerators so we how thought we'd write a blog post about our experience on each. As well as giving an update on what we've been up to, we thought a quick post might be worth it for any food startups considering applying in the future.
