Cooking instructions



Microwave – Cat E 800w FULL POWER. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 8 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water over the top of the rice. Gently stir the sauce. cook for a further 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minutes. 

Oven – Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time add 2 tablespoons of water over the top of the rice, gently stir the sauce, replace film lid, return to the oven for a further 20 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
